Dr. Grady Kaiser, DO, MS
Dr. Kaiser is an osteopathic physician with a diverse background in health sciences. His initiation into medicine was actually the veterinary field, where he worked as a veterinary technician. Prior to medical school, he trained as an exercise physiologist and worked as a personal trainer. He has a wide degree of study and experience in the fields of exercise and nutrition, which he employs for the benefit of his patients. His area of specialty in the medical field is Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine although he also has extensive training in primary care, urgent care, and emergency medicine.
Dr. Kaiser is board certified in Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine.
He maintains interest in how lifestyle including nutrition, exercise, sleep, spiritual practices, and stress management form the foundation of health and wellness. He especially is versed and maintains interest in therapeutic carbohydrate reduction, intermittent fasting, and strength training can be powerful tools to reverse chronic disease states.
He is originally from Mount Vernon, Texas and as such will frequently be caught saying such things as "howdy", "ya'll", and "fixin' to" with a poorly disguised Texas accent. He is married to Brittany and they have a son, Caleb.
Above all, Dr. Kaiser is a disciple of Jesus Christ, who was, is and will always be "The Great Physician".
